Where We Ship

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We offer flat-rate shipping based on the number of BackPads in your order:

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
