You may return your BackPad within 90 days of delivery if it’s not the right fit.

  • In original condition

Approved returns are subject to:

  • 10% restocking fee
  • Customer covers return shipping

If your item arrives damaged or we made an error, we’ll cover it — no restocking fee, no stress.
