At The BackPad Co., we want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before completing your order.

1. Returns

We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged products within 90 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be unwashed
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

The restocking fee helps cover:

  • Inspection and quality control
  • Repackaging and handling
  • Processing costs

Restocking fees do not apply if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was sent

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Washed products
  • Items returned after 90 days from delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • The 10% restocking fee and any original shipping charges will be deducted
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a full refund with no restocking fee.
